Nestled amongst familiar sights and sounds, the restaurant instantly transported me back home.The decor may be simple, but the focus here is undeniably on the food. It's a celebration of Filipino flavors, reminding you of dishes prepared with love in your own kitchen.My culinary journey began with their "checharon bulaklak." These crispy pork rinds were the perfect appetizer, especially when dipped in their tangy vinegar sauce. Next came the classic "chopsuey," a vegetable stir-fry that was cooked to perfection. The broth was flavorful, and the fresh veggies maintained their crispness.For the main course, I opted for the "pata bulalo." This slow-cooked beef shank dish was fall-off-the-bone tender and incredibly delicious, a true comfort food experience. The charbroiled "chicken inasal" was marinated and cooked to juicy perfection. A delightful surprise was their complimentary sour soup, offering a refreshing and flavorful counterpoint to the richer dishes.A minor point to note: the rice served was a bit cold. However, this was easily overshadowed by the warmth of the staff, particularly the owner who greeted everyone with a genuine smile that made you feel right at home.Overall, Plaza Restaurant is a hidden gem for Filipinos in Al Khobar yearning for a taste of home. One of my favorite store that offers authentic filipino all time dishes. Highly recommended the beef bulalo, daing na bangus,and sisig . Very much like you are earing in the philippines

It's the best cuisine for Filipino food lovers here in AL Khobar area. All the dishes is perfectly made right for Filipino taste. Especially the soup fish specifically the head part is the one most customers loved here in this restaurant. Good job for the owner and it's workers.

If you want authentic filipino karenderya style food i recommend this restaurant
